connect the entire pack to your TapNota account.
Can one label represent everything inside a storage bin?
Yes. One TapNota Item Page can represent a bin, tote, moving box,
shelf, cabinet, case or other grouped storage location.
Can I search without scanning the bin?
Yes. Use the TapNota Portal to search across your organized
inventory from your phone or computer.
How does AI item recognition work?
When signed into TapNota, Identify with AI can analyze a photo
and return a useful list of recognized items to help you build
your inventory record faster. You can review and edit the result.
Can family members help manage the same inventory?
Yes. Shared Account Access lets invited members use their own
login while working with the shared TapNota inventory. Availability
and member limits depend on the plan.
Can I add more TapNota labels later?
Yes. Additional packs can be activated and added to the same
TapNota account, allowing your inventory to grow over time.
Can TapNota be used for moving boxes?
Yes. A TapNota label can connect each moving box to a digital
