Refund & Return Policy
This policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and billing concerns are handled for TapNota physical products purchased through Amazon and TapNota digital plans purchased directly from TapNota.

Returns are handled through Amazon under Amazon's current return policy.
Most Eligible Amazon Items
Amazon generally allows most eligible items to be returned within 30 days of delivery.
TapNota Digital Plans
Cancel future renewal at any time; prior charges are handled under the terms below.
Physical Products Purchased Through Amazon
Amazon handles returns and refunds for TapNota label packs purchased on Amazon
Because Amazon processes the purchase, payment, fulfillment, delivery, return authorization, and customer refund, the return must be started through the customer's Amazon account.
Standard Amazon return window
Amazon states that most eligible items may be returned for a refund, replacement, or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets Amazon's current eligibility and condition requirements.
Return windows, holiday extensions, item eligibility, refund methods, return shipping options, and exceptions are controlled by Amazon and may change. The return deadline shown in your Amazon account for the specific order controls.

The 30-day period is a general Amazon rule for most eligible items, not a guarantee that every order has the same deadline. Always use the return date and options displayed by Amazon for your order.
Returned Product Condition
Return the complete product in the condition required by Amazon
Amazon determines whether an item is eligible for a full refund, replacement, partial refund, or other resolution.
Include all materials received with the product
When returning a TapNota label pack, include all reasonably available parts of the product, such as:
- Unused label sheets and remaining labels
- Printed instructions or inserts
- Original packaging when available
- Any included backing, protective material, or product components
Used, altered, or partially consumed label packs
A pack that has been claimed, activated, separated, printed over, materially altered, damaged after delivery, or partially used may not qualify for the same refund treatment as an unused product. Amazon makes the final return and refund decision for Amazon orders.
Do not transfer a claimed pack without contacting TapNota
TapNota labels contain unique IDs. If a pack has already been claimed to an account, contact TapNota before giving, reselling, or transferring it to another person. Returning a physical pack does not automatically remove its IDs from the account that claimed them.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Orders
Use Amazon for delivery and physical-order problems
Amazon is the fastest starting point for packages that are missing, damaged in shipment, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise affected by fulfillment.

Activation, QR Code & Account Problems
A technical issue does not always require returning the physical labels
Contact TapNota before returning a pack if the problem involves activation, account access, an incorrect email address, a Tag ID, or a QR code that is not opening as expected.
Contact TapNota for technical support when:
- You scanned a label but cannot see the full pack in your account.
- The wrong email address was used during activation.
- A QR code does not open or appears connected to the wrong record.
- You cannot receive the secure sign-in email.
- You need help transferring an eligible claimed pack or account.
- A label needs to be reprinted without losing its digital history.
Include the email address connected to the account, the Amazon order number when relevant, and a clear photo or description of the label or issue. Do not post Tag IDs or private account information publicly.
TapNota Digital Plans & Renewals
Cancel future renewal without returning your physical labels
TapNota portal plans are separate from the purchase of physical label packs on Amazon.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid TapNota plan to prevent future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, access to paid capacity or features may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period.
Previously charged subscription fees
Canceling a plan stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed. Except where required by law, TapNota subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the paid service period has begun.
Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges
Contact TapNota promptly if you believe you were charged twice, billed the wrong amount, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged without authorization. TapNota will review the account and transaction.
Downgrades and active-tag limits
If a cancellation or downgrade places the account above the active-tag allowance of the remaining plan, the portal may display an over-usage notice or require an upgrade for continued active use. Physical labels do not need to be returned solely because a digital plan changes.

Refund timing depends on who processed the original payment
Amazon refunds
Amazon controls the approval, method, amount, and timing of refunds for Amazon purchases. Processing time can vary based on the payment method, return method, carrier scan, inspection, and Amazon's current procedures. Check the return status in Your Orders.
TapNota direct-payment refunds
When TapNota approves a direct-payment refund, it is issued to the original payment method when possible. Financial institutions may require additional business days before the credit appears.
Shipping and other charges
Whether shipping, return shipping, taxes, discounts, promotional amounts, or other charges are refundable depends on the order, return reason, payment processor, Amazon policy, and applicable law.

What if the labels arrived damaged or incomplete?

QR codes, Tag IDs, or portal access.
Can TapNota fix an activation problem without a return?
Often, yes. Contact TapNota with the account email, order information,
and a description of the problem before returning labels solely
because of a claim, sign-in, or QR code issue.
Can I cancel a TapNota subscription?
Yes. Canceling prevents future renewal charges. It does not
automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.
Are TapNota digital-plan charges refundable?
Except where required by law, charges are generally non-refundable
after the paid service period begins. TapNota will review duplicate,

Will returning labels automatically delete my TapNota account?
No. A physical product return does not automatically delete a TapNota
